Sequatchie Cove Creamery is a newly launched enterprise at Sequatchie Cove Farm, founded in 2010. We make raw milk alpine style cheeses from cow’s milk produced at Sequatchie Cove Farm. The cheeses are aged a minimum of 60 days.
We currently offer wholesale prices on wheels of our cheeses: Cumberland (4 lb tomme), Coppinger (10 lb washed rind) and Dancing Fern (1.4 lb Reblochon style).
