McAlister Farms

Purchased in 1941 by Carl McAlister, McAlister Farms is still going strong with three generations currently working side-by-side. Our operation has grown from the forty-seven acres Carl bought from his father-in-law, J.J. Monks, to the one hundred forty-six acres we work today.

Our farm is a conventional farm that is owned and operated by the McAlister family. The crops we raise are: cantaloupes, okra, potatoes, pumpkins, sweet potatoes, and watermelons.
