We grow mushrooms at ‘The Warehouse’, in Tracy City TN. We started harvesting in September 2013, and are the only sizeable indoor gourmet mushroom farm in the state and region. Oyster mushrooms are our staple starting out, but look for more varieties the coming weeks and months. We hope to be the first indoor growers of Chicken-of-the-Woods in the nation!

We hope to have at least a portion of our crop certified organic soon, as it is grown on pure hickory sawdust from a local handle mill. Most of our oyster mushrooms are grown on locally sourced, conventionally grown wheat straw.
