Local Food!

Well I guess Winter has its claws in deep and doesn’t want to let go, but sooner or later it will have to relinquish its position and give way to Spring. I’m hoping for sooner rather than later since this wacky weather is playing havoc with our crops and ability to plant. It will likely be a thin year for produce and prices will be high, but that’s good news for the local growers. Local growers here are less affected by the freezes than Florida and California (drought trouble) so their prices remain about the same. And that’s good news for you as our customers :-)

We still have some eggs, garlics, meats, sprouts, sweet potatoes, and such like on the market this week so get your orders in by noon today to enjoy your local foods.
